Naviga Europa offers you:

10 GB of Internet available outside Italy and within Europe for just 3€/ month (VAT included)

Naviga Europa has one month validity and will not be automatically renewed. In case you have used up your data allowance, you can renew the option according to your specific needs even before the expiry date or you can choose to surf the Internet at our standard Roaming charges of 0,000310€/MB.
You can activate Naviga Europa in the presence of a basic Digi offer active on your number too (Combo, Illimitato).

The option can be activated until December 19th, 2025.

Digi services can also be used abroad

MOBILE VOICE CALLS/SMS SERVICE                                                                                               

The national and international VOICE traffic ceiling included in the offers activated on the national territory cannot be used in Roaming in the EU, in accordance with 506/24/CONS Regulation through which Digi has been authorised to apply surcharges to the Roaming services.

With the exception of the above, the minutes included within Digi network (Italy, Romania, Spain) can be used in Roaming at no additional cost and without activating any special tariff option.

Furthermore, in Romania, the Roaming tariffs are equivalent to the national tariff (so-called RLAH = "Roam Like At Home").

Fair use policy:

In order to prevent the risk of abusive or anomalous usage of services, Digi can monitor and check the Roaming traffic use over 4 consecutive months and apply a surcharge in case of non-compliant consumption.

More specifically, in order to determine whether the Roaming consumption of any regulated Roaming services exceeds the domestic usage, during the observation period the following objective indicators will be analysed:

-  If you spend more time abroad than at home, more than 50% in Roaming within EU;
-  If your roaming usage exceeds your domestic usage: usage more than 50% of voice traffic, SMS and data in Roaming within EU

If both situations are encountered, the mobile operator will contact and inform the client and ask to clarify the situation. The client will have 14 days to do so. If within these two weeks from the warning receipt the client continues to exceed this usage, the operator will start applying a surcharge to the Roaming consumption.

Furthermore, DIGI will adopt the following measures:

- request for evidence to prove the durable residence in Italy or the presence of stable bonds within Italy
- prohibit the resale of SIM cards to subjects which have not a durable residence or stable bonds within Italy.

DATA TRAFFIC SERVICE

The offers activated on the national territory which include a limit of data traffic cannot be used in Roaming within EU, in accordance with 506/24/CONS Regulation, through which Digi has been authorised to apply surcharges to the Roaming services. The use of data traffic within EU Member States will be possible at a cost of 0,000310€/MB or by activating the option NAVIGA EUROPA including 10 GB to be used out of Italy and within Europe for 3€ (VAT included).  

The charges are per 60 seconds, and connection charge do not apply.

Data traffic in Roaming is temporarily available only in the United States at a rate of 0,006€/MB (VAT included).

NOTE: Before leaving, please check if the International Roaming service has been activated on your Italian number, by calling our Digi Mobil Customer Service (at 4077 or 353.300.4077 if you call from Italy and * 4077 or 314.074.077 if you call from Romania). This will also allow you to obtain information on the Roaming networks available in the country you are traveling to for which manual selection is required, as well as to request general information on the functioning of the Roaming service. If you want to disable International Roaming from your SIM card, you can request it by simply calling Digi Mobil Customer Service.
